Hi, I’m Nina!
After more than a decade of navigating my own health struggles, I was left feeling misunderstood and dismissed. I was tired of being handed prescriptions instead of answers, so I began to deeply listen to the story my body was so desperately trying to tell. Over time, that listening turned into a calling to teach others do the same — because our physical health is only a part of the story.
My work is for people who sense their body is trying to say something, but are unsure how to piece it together; for those who are ready for long term sustainability, not quick fixes; and for those who want to be understood, not managed.
I invite you to rebuild and feel at home in your body, not at odds… and this requires slow and intentional movement. I am not here to hustle your healing.
