WHAT DO We DO?

Together we dive into your health history looking at: metabolic function, hormones, stress management, digestion, energy production, and more! This will help me gain a deeper understanding of how to best support you + your body! 

Through learning about these key areas of your health, we will be able to determine the appropriate diagnostic tools to best aid us in identifying the root cause of your health concerns. By correlating what you are feeling, with what we are seeing on lab results we will be able to gain a more comprehensive view of what is happening in your body.

From there, we will begin transforming your life from the inside out with a treatment protocol designed specifically for you; focusing on key areas, such as: lifestyle, diet, sleep, movement, stress, and supplementation.

As someone who struggled with health for many years, I have learned healing requires time and understanding of the body’s basic needs.. or what I like to call the Foundational Basics. After more than a decade of searching for answers, attending trainings, and expanding my education I am deeply passionate about serving others.

My hope is that no one will have to suffer in the same ways I did. You deserve to be seen and heard in your health struggles because you deserve to live a life full of health, joy, and pleasure!
