The Villa: Picture a white villa surrounded by gardens, lemon trees, and terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Villa Elena is located in Conca dei Marini, a small Italian town, which truly gives you a taste of paradise. What makes this Villa unique is it’s independent bedrooms with private bathrooms, a salt water pool + jacuzzi, and of course, the incredible sea views. The villa is walking distance from the local market, restaurants, + beach.

About Conca dei Marini: Conca dei Marini is one of the few towns where you'll actually hear Italian being spoken on the streets, worlds away from the busloads of tourists; yet, only 10 minutes from Amalfi. It is quiet + safe town, with a population of less than 800; plus, the postcard-worthy sunset over the island of Capri will leave you feeling speechless every time.

THE WORK

Yoga: Together, we will step on the mat every day! The intention of each practice is to dive deeper into yourself and move beyond the physical aspects of the asanas into a place of self-exploration + discovery. Through different styles of yoga, meditation, and breath-work you will be led on a journey back home to yourself. *No prior yoga or mediation experience is necessary.

Workshops: It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle + bustle of daily life; which can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, and/or unenthusiastic about life. This leads to many people simply being a witness to their life, instead of an active participant.

With that being said, each workshop has been designed to help you dive deeper into yourself so you can become more conscious of your self limiting beliefs + what keeps you feeling stuck. You will learn how to navigate through your fears, feel more confident + stand in your power so you can start living the life of your dreams. Together we will redefine of what love, success + happiness look like to YOU and discover what it means to live a vibrant + purposeful life.
